Manufacturing process for every item will vary depending upon sequence of operations to be carried out to get desired shape. For manufacturing any products various types of machining operations have to be done on the raw material i.e. C.I. Casting / Steel. After these machining operations the products will be made as per drawings and specifications. Detailed process sheets are written for every job, giving sequence of operations, raw material, size, speed, feed, depth of cut, cutting tool required, jig fixture are required, set up time, machining time for each operation etc. Manufacturing process can be in the following manner.
